Joshua Ramirez
Travel Specialist

Joshua Ramirez is the Travel Specialist for the Center of Excellence.   He arranges and coordinates travel, reviews travel vouchers for discrepancies, submits vouchers for disbursement, and prepares country clearance messages while working with various embassies to coordinate travel and orders.

Prior to joining COE in 2004 Mr. Ramirez served in the U.S. Navy as an Administrative Personnelman/Crytologic Interpreter.   In that role he supervised the office and prepared government documents and contracts, while working closely with service members to ensure satisfaction of services.   Additionally he examined and maintained service records, compiled weekly/monthly reports.   During the first two years of enlisted service, he was a Spanish/French linguist.

Mr. Ramirez has a B.A., in Business Administration, from Saint Leo University, Tampa, Florida.
